Low-calorie version, with the same great taste for weightloss
I woke up craving creamy elements and a savory element for my breakfast. Would it be avocado and bacon and egg? How could I make it low calorie and continue 2lbs per week like I have been the last two weeks? What would I need to substitute?

This recipe is tasty and simple, just how I like it. Quick too!
SERVINGS: 1 PREP TIME: 5 min COOK TIME: 2 mins TOTAL TIME: 7 mins
To make it low-calorie, there are portioned laughing cow original cheese, these bacon bits, and brown eggs. In a pan, I scrambled eggs and then topped with bacon bits, chives, and cheese!!
Equipment:
- Nonstick Pan
- Spatula
Ingredients
- Laughing Cow Original, 1 wedge
- Bacon Bits
- Brown Eggs
- Spray Canola or Coconut Oil
- Take out ingredients. Place ingredients in your working space.
- Heat the pan on the stovetop for 1.5 minutes. Spritz canola or coconut oil. Add eggs.
- To scramble eggs, take a spoon and start in a circular motion from the outer edge toward the middle and continue til the eggs are fluffy and a tiny bit wet to avoid overcooking. As eggs cook, top with a generous pinch of chives, bacon bits, and 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese.Bon apetit, Nommers!!
- If you’re not avoiding carbs for the day, feel free to add multigrain or wheat toast for a fiber-filled bread choice that keeps you in a calorie deficit and fuller longer to make those weight loss gains. If you prefer two 6-inch tortillas, that’s a great option as well.
