Baking Chicken Teriyaki, and Stir-fry Vegetables
Nurse’s Recommendation: Chemical-free teriyaki sauce and organic chicken are the best for this baking chicken teriyaki and stir-fry recipe
According to Unprocessed, chemicals are unintentional consequences of current food practices in the US. After baking chicken, the meat should feel soft and tender, steaming hot, and be simply prepared. A chicken that isn’t manipulated with hormones, or antibiotics, and is pesticide-free because it eats pesticide-free, feels soft like it’s freshly killed when it’s cooked and bought. This is what it means to be organic or chemical-free. Some chicken meat feels ultra-firm and unnatural in texture because of the chemicals in it like pesticides and hormones.
Wegman’s “Feel Good For You” Teriyaki Sauce is chemical-free and a great alternative to other sauces on the market too. Like organic chicken, there are ingredients on the sauce bottle that you can pronounce and understand what it means. A good rule of thumb: “If you can’t pronounce it (ingredient names), don’t buy it.” According to the book Unprocessed, the preservatives in foods trigger gut-related problems. Like organic chicken, the above Wegman’s sauce is the best complement for baking chicken because it is also natural.
This recipe and information share is a result of the research I’ve done using the book I talked about above. The ingredients for baking chicken or making any meal should be organic, wholesome, and simple, without chemicals if feasible. Buying organic can be affordable, healthy, and save time if you stick to a budget and buy what you need.
