SERVINGS: 6-8 for every 1.5 lbs of Beef PREP TIME: 8 min COOK TIME: 12 mins TOTAL TIME: 20 mins

Equipment:

  • Pan
  • Tongs and Spatula
  • Stovetop
  • Bowl to Rinse Meat

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. Shaved Beef
  • 1/3 cup White Onion or Scallion Green Parts Only
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic or Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder or more to taste
  • Vinegar to Clean Meet before Seasoning/Cooking
  • Spray Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  • Microwavable Frozen Cooked Brown Rice
  1. Take out shaved beef from the fridge. Wash in water and vinegar or lemon juice to clean it thoroughly in a bowl. Drain the water. Place all remaining ingredients in your working space.
  2. Spray the pan with a spritz of oil; Add all wet and dry ingredients and saute until lightly fragrant. Add 3/4 cup of water and let it simmer.
  3. The pan will be hotter. Now add the shaved beef in small pieces into the pan sauce. Cook shaved beef til lightly pink as it will be thinner and cook quicker. With each reheating, beef will also cook more. Keeping this in mind, cook to your preferred doneness.

  5. Plate some beef and sauce over microwaved brown rice & bon apetit, Nommers!!
