Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 5 strawberries
- A handful or 4oz of Raspberries
- Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp of Flax Seed
- 4 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add Ice to the blender cup first, then the fruits, and last top off with almond milk and the flax seeds.
- Close the blender cup lid and pulse till well blended.
- Serve 4oz.
