Per Harvard's Reviews, Drinking four cups of coffee per day can lead to a small reduction in body fat over 6 months.  Coffee also helps to cleanse the stomach, boosts energy levels, and increase physical performance. 

Iced Coffee

Equipment

  • Coffee Mug or Glass
  • Spoon to Stir

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tspn Any of Your Favorite Instant Coffee ( Recommend L'Or or Carte Noir)
  • 1-2 cubes Ice

Instructions

  • Place 1 tspn of your favorite instant coffee into a coffee mug or glass.  Fill with 8oz of filtered water.  Add ice and serve.

Notes

If you want to add milk, I'd recommend soy or coconut milk as they are good alternatives to dairy with less calories.  Coconut milk or soy milk has roughly an additional ~55 cal per 1/2 cup serving.
